How we work

Resale certificates and tax documentation on file. Prompt upfront payment by card or bank transfer. Orders shipped to our receiving locations with packing documentation.

Brand protection

We honor published MAP policies, use only authorized product imagery and descriptions, and source exclusively through authorized channels — no gray market, ever.

What we'll provide at onboarding

Business entity documents (Florida LLC) and EIN verification
Florida resale certificate / sales tax permit for tax-exempt purchasing
Business references and trade history on request

What we ask of partners

Written confirmation that resale on online marketplaces is permitted
Commercial invoices showing our full legal name and address, line-item quantities, and dates
Notice of any MAP or authorized-dealer policies we should follow
